Sayulita is the reason most people come to this coast. A fishing village that became a surf town and then a destination, it still works as a village: you walk to the beach, the plaza and dinner, and you know the people who run the places you go.
For buyers, the town divides into the flat village grid, where lots are small and prices are per square meter of walkability, and the hills that rise behind it on three sides, where the ocean views are. Nanzal and Gringo Hill sit above the south end of town; the North End runs along the quieter half of the beach toward the headland. Each has a different feel, and we spend a lot of time matching people to the right one.
The best Sayulita land rarely reaches the portals. Owners tell us first because we have sold on their street before.

- Restaurants, galleries, yoga and a large, established expat community
- Hillside neighborhoods (Nanzal, Gringo Hill, North End) with real ocean views
